Stupid spambots crashing Haley trends
There are now spambots that pick up on Twitter trends and then retweet the trending phrase using dozens (or more) Twitter usernames with a link to whatever they want to promote.

Earlier tonight, there was another Haley trend on Twitter. I saw it reach #2 in the U.S., but it may have gone higher or worldwide.

That was probably six hours ago. The spambots are still retweeting the trend phrase with links. See below.

Sadly, I think these Twitter accounts are obtained by the spammers cracking the passwords of legitimate Twitter users. Think twice whenever you see Haley's name and a link.
