The rowers in the viral video — the one you can no longer see on (YouTube) — have been invited to appear Thursday morning on NBC-TV’s Today show.

Brad Sutton, a spokesman for Southern Methodist University Athletics, told me this afternoon that the school had just gotten the call from NBC, and that he was scrambling to find the nine rowers in the video — they’ve scattered, now that school is out — to tell them they’re heading to New York City tonight.
