I noticed the Heavy Bass mostly on "Oh My" and "Liar" as those were what I listened to in the car. It wasn't all the bass, just some, enough to be surprised by it as soon as Oh My began.... I heard it in two cars, so it wasn't the settings.
Fortunately, it didn't drown out Haley's vocals...hard to tell if it was done purposely, or it was a production oversight...
Not as noticable on headphones. I have relatively 'thin' walls so haven't played it on the home stereo out loud. (When I bought the condo, sound was not supposed to be an issue

)
Edit....playing "Oh My" on my PC speakers and the Bass is definitely there....it's not like it's 'sonicly' 'too loud', but it's the "could vibrate things if turned up enough" kind of loud.
weird, it just seems unnecessary....maybe it's just me.
