I put in a ticket the other day to have them move the site to a different server. Their response was it was working fine now. I replied I had repeated issues and I wanted it to be fine all the time. That's when they responded, "We will make sure that you will not be having any such issues."

Since they didn't move the site to a new server when I requested, and system responsiveness is still an issue, I intend to move it to a different server -- at a different host.

It's going to be a pain in the ass to arrange as I first need to complete a task I had difficulty accomplishing before and I have other pressing matters to attend to.

Site is slow 6-4-12

I did move the site to a new host a couple of months ago. Had a problem recently they resolved, saying another client on the same server had been using too many resources and they suspended the account.

Tonight the same thing seems to be happening. I have submitted a service "ticket" but have yet to hear a response.
