It's not that you don't have to work, it's that you get results fairly quickly and that just encourages you to work harder, and take creative risks.
You're also very charming when you need to be, and naturally adept at working a room. All of which makes you a great facilitator and second-in-command, you're full of ideas and can get very impressive results.
This does sometimes lead associates to assume there's a dark or manipulative side to your sunny disposition, and you can find it tough going to inspire people to follow your lead sometimes. But you command a lot of respect nonetheless, even if some of it is grudging.

I got John but the description fit me very well....I am not a leader at all. I think I relate to Ringo more.

I certainly didn't expect to be John. Of course, I don't really think I'd be any one of them. Methinks this "test" wasn't very well designed.

I wonder if it's limited to just the four Beatles, John, Paul, George and Ringo....?
If so, I'd think it'd be more interesting to have a larger subset of possibilities, others in the Beatles mythology, like a Pete Best, a Brian Epstein, or maybe a George Martin... maybe be even a Yoko Ono or Linda Eastman (McCartney)?

You're a natural leader.
