Hi Friends! So, as some of you know (but many of you don’t), I recently hung up my music industry hat for a bit to pursue something that has become increasingly more important to me during my industry tenure: heath & wellness. I’ve struggled with stress and anxiety for the past few years and have been working hard to learn how to take better care of myself. Now I get to pay it forward! Back in May, I enrolled in a year-long program to study integrative nutrition and become a health coach. While I don’t know exactly where this will lead, I’m excited to help people and build something new.
