I knew there was a reason I refused to use my airline miles on the quick trips to LA to see Haley...

I just got off the phone and found out I can use my miles + $225 to fly into LONDON!!
(That includes the high aiport taxes in Heathrow, agent told me up to $350 into and out of the airport)

...Now the trick is to get in contact with my relatives whom I haven't spoken to in ages

Yes, I've got my ticket ... (still have to figure out that business trip thing on which I'd have to leave that very evening, but there must be some way to make it work).

But I am most happy for Haley - to be on tour to such splendid cities, even if it will all be a whirlwind, will be just fantastic.

So much to arrange including where to stay, and I haven't talked to my relatives in years... I don't know how long those rates will stay ... plus work...

I'll try to make it, but it's not 100% yet, especially if I can't arrange room/board before the rate changes

This doesn't seem right... $64 a night at the Double tree Hotels in London? you can't get that rate for cheap hotels here? :/

The Haley stuff I do helps me escape from 'reality' , unfortunately, it's reality where we reside... Hopefully I can square off the particulars today and the rates don't change, just emailed the venue to give me my price options, There's also an option for a "Meet and Greet" for an additional $70 too

side note... I've never seen this happen before, but I went back to check the price on the DT hotel again... it dropped down to $49.... doesn't it feel like there's 'something' wanting me to go? I can't believe how easy this could be....there's got to be a catch?
