The claims i saw so far are on popular LU lyric videos, and one of just driving in a car while playing LU ... my Lolla vid of Spiderweb received a new claim notice, and that doesnt even get many views......it feels kind of like what happened before the US lost access to the repad videos

Stageit was amazing, Haley & Casey are amazing. I'm not heedy when it comes to social networks but wow, isn't "Sail" trendable on tweeter, it blows me away. If it were to trend it would be good exposure......just thinking with my fingers. I think that duet would blow up the Idol stage as much as "Moanin"

I've only had one copyright claim on 260 videos I've uploaded to Youtube. It was for a 40 second snipet I posted of "Hollywood Exes" where "Haley Reinhart - Oh My" was listed at the bottom of the screen and playing in the background. Viacom nailed me and I lost priviledges for 6 months on that youtube account. I'm sure it wasn't because I posted it but because there were at least a half-dozen negative comments about how crappy the show was and they didn't want viewers to see the show-trashing comments.

An amazing show those two gave us.... Love the "My Cake" version even more and how Haley continues to find ways to incorporate her scatting talents. IMO it will be her trademark. I expected a great show, but this exceeded my expectations. I loved, loved the new covers Sail and Precious and it felt so polished yet fun and silly at the same time.

They are so playful, goofy and spontaneous that it as kind of funny that some comments on Stageit thought they might be 'high', but IMO nothing could be further when you heard their harmonies and how polished and smooth their performances were. I really hope that the future finds them touring together at some point. What an awsome show that would be.

They did so little promoting of this event, and had been apart before it, that I wasn't expecting much.

I listened to the live show... but the volume was way too quiet for me ...even full volume at all sliders with my headphones on (so much better quality sound than 98% of computer speakers .. and usually louder than those speakers can go without distortion).

This recording let me play it louder than the live performance (whatever you or youtube did in the uploading process) . As you guy's may remember I almost always love the live recordings Yanni puts up .. he told me that he uses a free program called Handbrake to "web optimize" the video for youtube . I'm curious.. did you use something like that Stairway ?

With the extra volume I could hear so much more in terms of the harmonic undertones and stuff that each of them seem to work in in many sorts of ways (with instrument, hums grace notes and even special use of types of vibrato)... Blast Haley's voice in "Islands in the Sun" ... I swear the girl sings chords in every note. I can only really hear the "chord" within her tones if it's louder.. else it's just a thin sound.

-- to be honest, I need to make it a bit louder still. If I take this version it down from the internet and play it full force on my car stereo (far richer lower tones as well there) I bet I'll enjoy it even more. At a lower volume I was just missing too much.

I don't have any hearing loss... I can pick up a conversation at the other end of a room. I'm actually quite good at listening to two conversations at once in a room.. even if one is much louder than the other ...

As some might have known, I, last minute, had to watch my niece and nephew when this was going on, recording the audio with my laptop and filming from my bro's TV...

While they were performing "My Cake" and Haley starts going into the scat, I was with my 4 year old niece at the table as she was coloring some paper.... She's known of Haley since she was a tiny babe, singing "Oh My" in my car,

...anyways, she looked up at me, "what's Haley doing?"

She's scatting, that's like when you sing by making sounds instead of words

...she paused, as if to contemplate what I just said with what she was hearing, then she looked back down onto her paper, commenced coloring and...

"bob be boop, be boop ba..."
