Oops is not listed on the iTunes jazz chart -- it is listed in the Singer/Songwriter category. Go figure. It is currently #36. Lots of Ed Sheeran songs in front of her.

However, it has pushed up some of other PMJ songs on the jazz chart a little.

Creep #7 (unchanged)
AATB - Euro #12 (up from 17)
Lovefool #23 (up from 32)
AATB - K.D. #25
Habits #56 (up from 64)

Right now PMJ has 11 songs in the top 100 jazz, yesterday it had 8. Plus Oops is Top 100 on the S/S chart.

The first time I heard this song was last night after I downloaded it from Itunes. I wasn't in love with it, but then I listened to it again, and again, and wondered what the video would be like. After seeing the video today, I'm just in love with this rendition! What Haley can do with her voice is amazing!! I mean I'd like to see another artist imitate what she did on that video. Not so easy I think.

I understand not everyone will love every song. Same with any artist. But man, this girl is sooooo special. So much going on with that voice. And she probably recorded the song in one or two takes!!

And 107,000 views in the first 10 hours isn't too shabby either!

I've reviewed the PMJ FB shares. Found this interesting from a social media perspective...

"Oops..." has been posted three times today.

The first posting made 9 hours ago has 689 shares.

The second posting made 7 hours ago has 33 shares.

The third posting made barely 2 hours ago has 247 shares (it changed from 1 hr to 2 hrs by the time I finished this post).

The 2nd posting drew the negative comments that PMJ referred to as "drama." It has the fewest shares by far. None of its paltry 33 shares includes a comment.

Aren't you glad that Haley is not just one dimensional, her songs and style of singing are fitted to the occasion. When she sang with Mayfield she added that smooth jazzy creamy style to her voice. Then she sings with the boys in room five and puts a little salt in the meat, singing with her parents is no exception. Haley not only can sing in a lot of different styles but she also puts emotion and little bit of acting into it.

So I'm not taken back with this new song that she is singing by Britney. Haley is just doing what she does best. I've heard enough of her songs to know that if she wants to be playful or slur her words and changeup her dialect then I think that's a very sweet move she's doing. It's not just about singing it's about creativity and presentation now that's well-rounded. She has the talent and the looks to back up any kind of negative criticism, Kinda like in your face to those who doubt or want to sling crap at her. Britney would be proud. Growl on. She is no Choir girl lol
