I was looking at Molly's Instagram. I didn't expect her back in California so soon. In fact, I wasn't sure she would return given the changes in her life.

She wasn't either. 40 weeks ago, before she had her daughter, Kimiko, someone she knew in CA urged her to return once she got situated. She expressed she was contemplating it, but $$$ and family might prevent her return.

I admire her for going for it.

It seems she returns more determined and wise than before. She has made many introspective posts in addition to posting pictures of her daughter.

In one post, she expressed her goals as...paraphrasing: 1) Be the best possible mother 2) Make money 3) Find a good man who appreciates her

I think only #2 will be a challenge.

In any case, I think she is more focused this time around. And the love she feels for her child is a beautiful thing.

My apologies, but my brain cannot keep all the players straight. Who are Molly and Ryan? They seem to be important people in Haley's life.

Molly is from Haley's hometown. I think their friendship goes all the way back to elementary school. She looks a little different in these photos than some we've seen in the past.

Ryan is someone who has popped up on the radar a couple of times. Based on one online comment, I think he is someone Haley trusts to give her hard advice.

He's originally from Prospect Heights, IL, which is right next to Wheeling. He moved to LA in January of 2014.

I remember Carrie Underwood & Anthony Fedorov were similar musical soulmates during their season as were Haley & Casey, although not as obvious.
