Saw the ad (30s version) aired last night around 10:45p (west coast) on ABC-- strategically placed just before one of those local news updates enticing viewers to stick around for the 11p news. Wasn't paying attention to the show working on my laptop, when suddenly I hear a familiar voice... YES!!

Buckle your seat belts...

Haha! This comes with the territory once you starting getting to the big leagues....but you know what--it could be a positive for Haley...more attention for her. Nothing like a cat fight to get the media all stoked up..... And Ingrid should relax, that song has been covered so many times by so many people....

I think Ingrid has a right to be at least disappointed, although this may bring her some attention to her.

I agree. I listened to it on youtube and it is very similar to Haley's version.

I assume the Ad agency would have listened to this version once they decided they wanted CHFIL for the spot. They could have selected her to sing it instead of Haley, but didn't so I get her disappointment.

Ingrid's version doesn't 'make me cry', however, and is a bit stilted.
