I can see Haley kind of becoming the musical Mila Kunis.

Mila initially stared in "That 70s show" as a teenager (kind of similar to Haley getting her first national exposure on Idol). Then she began voiceover work as "Meg" from "Family Guy" before breaking into movie success. (And marrying Ashton Kutcher.)

Not sure if any of you have close ties with Haley, but this seems like a great opportunity to get her name out there and blow up her acting/singing career. They are casting for the role of Dazzler (light-singing mutant) in the new xmen movie. That is a big franchise and she would be the fresh face with killer chops perfect for the role. She resembles Dazzler, too. I messaged Haley about getting her mgmt to get an audition, but I don't think she'll see it. What do you all think? Someone contact Harry and just float the idea by her to consider it. Before it's too late and they cast someone...

As much as I've wanted this, the leading candidate is Taylor Swift, since most of the new X-Men actors are unknowns, I could see them wanting to cast Swift to bring in the fans....especially since Dazzler's will most likely be a cameo requiring a minimum of acting on Swift's part.

Damn. I do remember you or someone has mentioned it before. Was trying to find it in this forum. Yea Swift makes sense to get fans. The fact that xmen are unknowns I thought Haley would fit in cuz she's relatively unkown outside of her fan base. Everyone knows Taylor swift, fans and non fans.. still would be very cool if she landed the gig.
