It felt like a private Midnight Trio show last night at El Sombrero with just Penny, myself, Patrick, Tom Kro's wife Natalie & their baby and a few other Reinhart friends. Don't know how musicians can make a living that way but you could tell the trio was having a lot of fun while playing...joking with the "crowd" and smiling at Tom's baby's every crawling move as they sang...beautifully. Had my usually lovely chat with Patti & Harry during the set break who again talked about how good of a time they all had at the Halien Shindig. Patti gave me a Midnight Band flyer to enhance and make a banner out of because they lost one that they used to have. I won't be able to make it to PS Pub Oct. 5th for Traffic Jam @9 because I'll be in Florida 10/4 thru 10/14.

^Nice work on the poster Himm, and thanks for the update on Midnight. It was nice to see that their band members really enjoyed each other, which would probably not be the case in bands that are a big commercial success.
Have a nice time in Florida...are you going to look at Naples?

It was great hanging out with you last Sat. night to the sounds of Midnight Trio at El Sombrero. Have a great trip to Florida! Get a whole in one

Me as Miley Cyrus. Prizes went to Harry's friend John the hippie agent, Peter Peter the pumpkin eater and his wife the pumpkin, and to Jack-in-the-Box who had trouble wandering thru the audience with his big box.

So after wearing bright red lipstick and a Miley Cyrus costume on October 26th and then on November 9th going to a teen girls fashion show to see Haley perform - will that mean I have to turn in my MAN CARD???

No, you can dress like a MAN on Nov. 21 when we see Haley perform at The Chicago Theater with Irvin Mayfield & the New Orleans Jazz Orchestra
