Ummm yes, and no. Yes, her versatility is a good thing, for her as well as her audience. But I don't believe Haley has tried, or wants to sing opera, so there is one genre that's missing. And with that rasp of hers, I'm not sure her voice would be suited for it.
Fortunately, I doubt that her fans are lamenting that lack (in her versatility) -- certainly not the group here.
I should rephrase, to any genre on the radio. I don't think she'd be that great at broadway style of music either (Unless it was something like "Anything Goes" (Cole Porter) or Chicago..but not the typical broadway style.) But I just meant versatility is important for longevity in a singer's career.

Well my time to share Haley Reinhart new music video it just dropped yesterday i had the privilege to write and direct this project so far my biggest, lots of people is been watching it but because it was release thru yahoo (not my choice) they don't keep track of view count so here it is we just loaded on youtube soo watch it and if u like share it you will be helping my hard work thanks Roxy Contin for the ill designs Avi Cohen for the incredible amount of knowledge and made it all possible thank u boy... Also Ernesto Borges for the extra hand designing the treatment n doing all the photos on set... And of course thank you Haley for believing in me as much as i believe in you...

The (not my choice) part...very interesting.
I really do wish they just premiered it on YouTube. It would have a HELL of a lot more views, not sure the story behind the Yahoo thing, I'm assuming it's what Haley wanted, but still. I'm guessing she got paid for it (DON'T WORRY, NOT ACCUSING HER OF "SELLING OUT" LOL) Which she of course, needs the paycheck!
Oh well, the video has over 6,000 views on the second day it was out. I'm gonna guess that if it premiered on Youtube originally it would probably have around 25,000 views or more right now.

I agree, I kinda wish it had been premiered on YouTube. The views would be much more impressive. However, I feel like it was good for Haley to take advantage of her good contacts (Lyndsey Parker praised her during and after Idol), and establish a good relationship with her by granting her exclusive rights to the video premiere. I guess that was the cost of missing out on getting an initial view count.

Yeah, the Yahoo thing will continue to siphon views from YouTube. Case in point, Ghy Rain of Banjarmason Indonesia tweeted the following to his 13.9K followers:

Tusk, your creepin' at the beginning of the video was perfect, you're quite the actor!!
I really hope this view count goes up up up today and over the weekend. I've been sharing it, but I am kind of a loner, a rebel, so I've already saturated my 4 friends with info. If they tell 4 and THEY tell 4 then maybe I'll make a mini impact.
I just wonder how Danni G can look so cranky in the video when the queen is standing right there before him. He almost looks disgusted, lol. He didn't understand who was there in front of his eyes.
Also, I assume this means Haley doesn't have control over her Vevo account anymore. I wonder if she'll get it back once she's signed again???
