Haley's sales figures have already been adjusted upward! 18-21k, now. Currently predicted to tie for 15th on the BB200 chart!

OK. So I live in Gurnee IL which is only 18 miles from Haley's hometown. I went to my local walmart and they only had 1 copy of the deluxe edition left and 3 copies of the standard cd. I don't know if the geographic location provides any kind of boost to her popularity, but I guess its an encouraging sign when Kris Allens cd had many more copies there available for sale.

Kris Allen is definitely selling much less than Haley. He's not going to even place top 20 for album sales next week (Haley will!).

Thanks. I had searched their site and that didn't come up.
They have 19 albums listed. Six are predicted to have sales in the same range as Haley. Going by that, she could land anywhere from 14-19.

Only one copy left. I picked it up and looked at the little yellow post it note that read "Haley Reinhart". I almost expected to see it followed by "was here".
People will read the reviews, by and by. They'll come into Barnes and Noble to pick up "50 Shades of Grey" then go to the music section and put on the headphones to sample what's out there. And they'll sample Haley. They'll be bowled over like our friend above. And they'll pick it up. This will happen in marketplaces, both online and brick and mortar. And these instances of musical gob-smacking love (my apologies to our British Haliens if I misspelled that) will happen, multiply and build into a very healthy band of support for Haley. Ensuring her career's longevity.
She already has the support of music industry insiders and superstars. And she has the guiding hand of Jimmy Iovine at her back. The same hand that has the backs of Mary J. Blige (who calls Jimmy her great protector), Eminem, Lady GaGa, Beyonce and U2 from their earliest days.
The stars are aligned and Haley's taking full advantage. I am nothing but optimistic about her future. These initial days belong to us, the converted, the Haley choir.
The weeks and months ahead will belong to the surprised but delighted music lovers who may think Idol is high stakes karaoke, but can't resist the charms and overwhelming talent of this young, phenomenon that sprang from it.

I thought Haley-holics comment about putting on the headphones at Barnes and Noble to sample music was interesting. I had forgotten what that experience was like.
Because the album is so strong, sampling is what Haley needs.
Did they even play Haley's music while she was signing? That would be a good way to capture the attention of the casual Walmart shopper.
The record companies ought to have ought to have vans on the street that let people sample tunes. With the technology that exists today they could complete the transaction then and there.
