Bad side - she keeps forgetting her lyrics. This has been her 5th mishap (You Ought To Know (Idol), Wasted Tears (Hard Rock Cafe), God Bless America, Undone (Americana),^).
Good side - her voice sounded amazing; even the article recognizes that. This FREE publicity could be a blessing in disguise; people might check out her stuff. It already generated over a hundred tweets (I might be exaggerating. I didn't count it but it sure is a lot)

It wasnt that bad but it is disappointing that she continues to mess up lyrics. She'll get better with experience and Im sure getting heckled would've given her a wake up call to be better prepared before she performs.
Noticed a lot of tweets as well. At least people are talking about her, I guess

As others have pointed out above, this WAS an impromptu performance and she can't possibly be expected to know the lyrics to every song ever written.
That said, this song is a risky one to take on without a rehearsal -- it's far too well known, and has a lot of "moving" parts to it (who's going to sing the title line, how to get the audience engaged, etc.).
