Actually the last time I smoked was New Year's Eve 2006 friend of mine gave me some medical marijuana and let me tell you it's wicked. I guess I live the the dull life I dont even smoke cigarettes.And drink ?maybe six or seven times a year pretty bad HUh. What a contrast from ]a drunken long-haired hippy slob to being clean and sober. At least I saved moneyLOL

Im pretty good too. I rarely drink anymore. except when I go see Harry's bands! Hehehe..

What's Haley's favorite drink these days? I know she has mentioned Jack and Coke in the past.

AH Harry is a band hopper I thought midnight was his one and only gig .BTY happy for John he's getting lots of Guitar time.

Harry's bands "Harry and Peter Project"= Acoustic
"Midnight" full band
"Midnight Trio"
"Traffic Jam"
"Skiptowne and the Greyhounds"

Each band plays different music

"Skip Towne & the Greyhounds" is the only group I haven't seen live. I would have if their outdoor show in an Arlington Height's Park didn't get rained out this summer.
The "Harry Peter Project" performs every Tuesday at Firkin in Libertyville (I've seen them there about 6 times), They often do Friday night shows at either Las Palmas Glenview or Las Palmas Mundelein (seen them 3 times at those). The Full "Midnight Band" is for hire at many different venues but PS PUB is their home port (seen that group about 4 times). Thats: Patti Reinhart (singer), Harry Reinhart (guitarist), Tom Kro (bass), Greg Griffiths (piano/keys), Kent Bredrup (drums).
"Midnight Trio" includes Tom Kro on Bass with Harry & Patti and they often play "El Sombrero" in Mount Prospect on Saturday nights (done that 3 times plus my first meeting with them at a cancer benefit at Wheeling High School) I also saw the Trio perform at Viper Alley in Lincolnshire before The Buckinghams. "Traffic Jam" I've seen at "Potato Creek Johnny's" in Glenview. That one is more heavily into blues with all different musicians besides Harry.
With all that it's truely amazing that Harry also works a regular day job. (I think it's as an electronics tester or something)
Their music is exactly the kind that I enjoy the most, which is also why I appreciate Haley so much.

Himm I called PS pub and they confirmed that Midnight is playing on Saturday. Dress in your best Hallyween costume!!

You mean we aren't Keeping Score???? Don't you know I wanna win at everything?? Maybe I should try out for American Idol and give Haley wannabes some competition!! Yeah right...I was very embarassed by the way I sang "Happy Birthday to Haley" on my Girls Scouts Youtube. Yikes...That wouldn't even be good enough for a Simon Cowell bad audition reel.

p.s. I'll be at the Chicago Bears game tonight and if your hubby watches he might see me behind the big inflatable Bears Helmet that the players run out of when they're introduced.

Yanni5 I was on the right track when I first started playing with musical lessons, music theory and other things that pertain to the trade. I took the wrong path which made me distant from learning any more for a long time. I wish I had those years back. Not to toot my own horn but I would've been pretty damn good. Had I Kept up.
