Overall, I'd say it's kinda cool that Haley was mentioned in this article--after all, any press is good press.
I agree, not a big fan of the 'mob mentality' and Twitter makes it easier for these type of things to get out of hand whether warranted or not.
Overall Haliens are a fairly supportive fan base and only every once in a while will go after someone, for example last season's XFactor's Jennel Garcia for saying she didn't like Haley, but even that was mild. Apart from the media mention, it does stand out as being a little strange they refer to Haliens when there are far more vocal fanbases, even within the Idol bubble, like the Glamberts, for one.
