Sarah is still my fave. Didn't like anyone from last night, too many country contestants. I hope tonight is better, I'm waiting to see 2 contestants in particular and I hope they get shown tonight. Shakira's team is looking the weakest so far, BOO!

Really, I've really liked Shakira's team so far.

If I was a country singer, I don't think I would pick Blake. He has so many country artists I'd imagine it would be easy to get lost in the shuffle. Music is music, they all have connections.

I'm enjoying the show and think we've seen some pretty interesting and personable entertainers as well as being potentially very good singers if they have any follow through.

I haven't fallen head over heals for any one performance but the sounds of many voices and the interesting harmonies they emphasized differently in song they covered had me sort of excited to hear more from a number of them.

I am also REALLY enjoying the judges banter with each other. Good fun variety show, Late Night (Leno, Letterman, Carson etc) type barbs and comebacks interspersed with sharing a few more personal observations.

I guess I enjoy the "feel" of it to a degree ... it feels like I'm looking in more than having something shoved at me ? Sometimes I enjoy the "biggness" of the idol stage too with Ryan making it feel like a happening so it isn't an either/or thing but a "both work" type of thing.

I have always liked The Voice during the blind auditions. But have always lost interest when they start the battle rounds.

Oh man the battle rounds are gonna be interesting and Adam's team is stacked:

Amy Whitcomb, Judith Hill, Midas Whale, Patrick Dodd, Sarah Simmons, Sasha Allen and Warren Stone.

I was bummed they montaged Amy's audition (if you've watched the Sing Off you might remember her as part of Delilah) and that she had to pick Adam, cause he's the only one who turned his chair, WTF????

Usher is the only coach who doesn't have someone on his team that I really like.

From Shakira's team I like Brandon, Blake's team: Christian Porter, Grace Askew and Savannah Berry.

Loads of talent this season, it's gonna rock!

I usually don't look forward to the Battle Rounds but looks like Usher and Shakira mean business so they'll hopefully be more exciting:

Battle rounds are really good so far.

But WTF at Blake choosing the Swon Brothers over Christian Porter??? I find Blake's coaching very lazy this season with his just "sticking with what I know" attitude. I'm honestly ready for a break from both Blake and Adam.

Nice steals by Shakira her team just got a much needed boost.
