Actually, I was looking for a hula hoop to buy and unless you want the weighed ones for fitness and working out, they are hard to find.

I wasn't gonna tell,... but I ordered one online last week. It should be delivered sometime this week. I think it may be the collapsible one too. But I can't let NUG show me up. heheh

edit: OK, so I bought it...just don't tell Haley that it's her birthday present from me after the Party is over!

I have/had this game! Played it a couple times and might've gotten rid of it while cleaning my room but I think she will like it!

I just figured out I could have made this trip on MegaBus for $20 round trip* -- if I wanted to ride a bus for 21+ hours each way.


*Now that it's closer to the travel date, the cost is about $120.

I just put in my request to be off from work on Sunday for the party! I've been there for 3 weeks and my manager is very nice so I'm sure he'll let me

I had lunch at Angie Reinhart's restaurant where she works today and we had 3 nice little chats. I'm doing a remodeling design for a vacant restaurant in the same shopping center so I mixed business with pleasure. I mentioned the photo of her at the Vegas Idol slot machine and she said Harry was great at that game but Angie & Haley had difficulty but they had a great time in Vegas. We talked about my party which they are excited for and she brought up my backyard project and other times that I've seen her in the past. I mentioned Babbs & I are likely going to see Casey Abrams on Saturday and she was thinking that she wanted to go too. I told her to mention it to Patti. As she rang up my check I pointed out the meal I had on it: "guess it was appropriate that I had a Patty Melt today since Patti Melts my Hart" (don't gag on my sappiness). She giggled and said "I gotta tell my mom you said that!!!"
