This is what I got when i clicked on the link to the video:

I sent a copy of the email to Harry, (original email is no longer on the server to forward directly) if they didn't notice the link doesn't work from my reply, maybe he can let Haley know

So far, according to Twitter, it seems I'm the only one to have received the email

LOL this reminds me of when the special "Listen Up!" packets were meant to arrive the 22nd but I received mine 5 days earlier, on the 17th! (I still have the stamped packet for proof Wink

I sent a reply to Team Haley at Indigogo that I could not open the video. We'll see what happens. Smile

I expected that it's a form letter with different names to whom it was sent. Haley was active on Instagram so hopefully I'd sent out enough messages that she knows there's a problem
