So I see we have a new member of the PMJ family. The new Fleek album includes Canadian Daniela Andrade singing "Welcome to the Jungle". I think you'll like her. Only 23, but she has a big presence on YouTube with 785,000 subscribers. Check out the following:

- Another 18 year old gal singing Like a Star in her bedroom

- A nice version of Creep from 2012, with 8 million views

- Santa Baby, just as sweet as Eartha's

- A little Beatles, Hold Your Hand

With the recent attention on Mad World, I'd forgotten that last year I'd flagged a version by Niia Bertino, a past PMJ member. It's a particularly well done version, although not the main reason I'm posting.

Niia was featured in earlier years with PMJ, not overlapping with Haley (so far). I'd linked to her a few months back for her cover of Weezer's Hash Pipe -- still my second favorite PMJ number.

You might also enjoy PMJ's first version of Lennon's Imagine, with Niia (2011) in an unusual setting.

My prime reason for this post, however, is Niia's exquisite scatting on Bang Bang. Second helping? Check her out on Wyclef Jean's gritty Sweetest Girl.

Thanks, Scott Bradlee, for introducing us to Niia, and also for giving us a frame of reference when you introduce Haley as a "once in a generation talent".
