I'm calling an audible, the next video I'll post from Haley's PAVE show won't be LKG cause it was recently posted from Idyllwild. Instead, I'll post the other song Guitarist extraordinaire Alphonso Penticelli performed in (Harry was psyched to play w/ him) , "Cry Me a River"

If you follow Haley on Instagram Stories, she posted, last year (?) or earlier this year, she and her family went to a restaurant that featured a show by ..."gypsy" guitarists, or they played in the gypsy style... Haley posted clips from their performance, I believe someone posted, maybe Angela, that Haley and Harry went up and performed w/ them....it might have been Cry me a River, the song they performed at PAVE

Pat and I got to go in early during sound check. When Harry came by to say Hi, he mentioned Alphonso...."Did you hear him play with us?" he said excitedly. Apparently he studied under Django Reinhart, Harry told us...which would explain Harry's excitement playing with him

Then it dawned on me... as I was fumbling w/ my equipment, I heard someone playing a flamenco type guitar on LKG mic check and thought to myself, "wow, I'd never heard Harry play like that before...." I didn't look up, assumed it was Harry LOL

I told him that and he laughed

So... I totally spaced I had one other camera angle I didn't use on DKHTLY, from my Canon, I used the iPhone video from my position, not the cannon.

I think part of it is the gorgeous video I got from both Barb and Pat...you didn't really need one other angle :/
