Coming out of the woodwork to GRRRR!
Okay, what I don't understand is why is everyone so hateful and patronizing toward her on that site? I'm sure she's really taking their "oh so good natured but thinly veiled negative criticism but we're only trying to help her" advice to heart.
For the record, I don't think MJ hates her, because she says a lot of favorable stuff on the blog. I think we just get defensive when people patronize Haley
I feel like the whole lack of "performance skills" is ridiculously unfair. She may have a little awkward look in her eye sometimes when she's being filmed, but I'm completely baffled at the stiff criticism.
And WTF - she's a freaking soul singer! She's supposed to run around the stage or something? It really makes no sense at all. I loved that comparison to Amy Winehouse. It was about the VOICE! That's what Amy is all about, and that's what Haley's about too. Seriously, I'm not understanding how moving around the stage like a crazy person will fit her music at all. Maybe if she fronts a rock band, I don't see that happening though.
And what is up with this kind of criticism always given to her and no one else. I mean this is some INTENSE criticism that I'm reading. I know people get ridiculous criticism on the blog, but this is just harped on every freaking time something is posted about her. I guess its good that there are impassioned responses!
I counted a lot of patronizing comments on that site, it strikes me as odd that American Idol fans think they are better than Haley
