One of the cool things about this whole thing is how many #Haliens have given me the honor of working with their vids & Pics. I can provide some things from my trips, artwork etc, but it really gives a fuller look of fan support when I can include contributions from others, especially someone as talented as Greg w/ his photography.
He tries to explain to me what he's doing, but unfortunately I have a rudimentary understanding, so much of it goes over my head
Add to that the contributions of Haley's younger fans, like Rachel, who are more adept at the newer technologies and social media, it really rounds out our support for Haley, a fuller picture
One of my prouder moments was to see #Haliens in the top 5 list of that article about American Idol fan bases... in the 15 years of the show, all the contestants and their fan bases, that we're, what? 4th on the list.... yeah, it may not mean that much in the whole scheme of things, but for me, it's sort of a confirmation, an acknowledgement, that our combined efforts have made an impact

As far as the audio, I have to give the equipment a nod, and a little dumb luck. I do enhance it a little, so it doesn't sound as flat, a 'fuller sound'. I've worked on videos long enough, I'm now smart enough to have templates of the settings I like, so I can apply them, streamlining the process just a little.
I joke that it takes me a little while longer to put up videos than it used to, but honestly, I don't like to put them up until I'm satisfied they represent Haley as best as I can. Having resources like Greg's photos (and others) really help dress up the videos. Every little bit helps
