Haley opening for Steven...and they are managed by the same people...duh?
I just have to think that maybe...just maybe...Steven has been an "in the background" advocate for Haley for some of these recent upward moves. Not as much as J-Lo has been for Pia T but still maybe following and keeping an eye on how she's doing since she was hosed on Idol (to which we ALL saw how PO'd he was about.) Maybe even helping her get signed to Maverick.
She's shown she can hang with Irvin M, Slash & Myles, PMJ, Robbie K, Jeff G and countless others, even on the fly. (That's what jazz/great singers/musicians can do.)
Sooo...MAYBE the Troubadour was kind of a "test."
Steven: "How'd she do?"
Maverick: "She crushed it."
Steven: "So you think she's ready?"
Maverick: "She's ready."
Steven: "Then lets do this thing."
And she gets added to open for him with 2 weeks notice.
Or maybe I just dreamt all this. I can live with that dream. Wish I could be there...but there will be video...there will be LOTS of video.

ACTUALLY TIM... According to Patti who I talked to on Saturday after the wedding that Midnight performed at, that my son was a groomsman for, your dream is just about how the whole deal between Steven & Haley Unfolded. She said "It was Steven's doing to ask about Haley Opening for him"
I was thrilled that Steven Tyler has that much over-whelming respect for Haley and after hearing that Robby Krieger performed with Haley, sounds like he wanted to share the same stage as Haley, also.
