RE: Bad power outage indicates "Life, The Universe and Everything" are doomed!

If people can't laugh at the Monty Python group what can they laugh at? It just seems to me that any funny bone would be susceptible to at least some of their tickling. No?
I think part of the problem is because people hear the English accents and reference to things like Philosophy and politics, that they think the humor is too 'high brow'.
Let it be known that Monty Python is not beyond sight gags and gross out humor.
WARNING SICK CHILDLIKE CARTOON HUMOR INCLUDING EXTREME VOMITING, SWEARING AND AN EXPLODING OVER EATER (and a 'female' joke that some might not appreciate in this absurdist context)...if you're sensitive don't play

Just finished watching "A Fish Called Wanda" for the first time. Thanks Buzz! Totally loved it, and the old lady with the dogs, that almost killed me it was so darn funny!

If you have time you should catch Buzz' other Python reference, "Fawlty Towers". John Cleese at his manic best (he wrote it with his wife, Connie Booth, who plays their employee in the show). It only ran one season, 12 episodes, but it's comedic gold, IMO.

K-K-K-Ken...Kevin Kline was hilarious too ("Don't call me stupid"), probably his best comedic role. He speaks Italian (pseudo Italian) to arouse Wanda (Jamie Lee Curtis) and shows up every time she is with Archie (John Cleese) as a jealous peeping Tom.
Patience with a Stutterer
Otto meets Ken...with a double Haley ad (Haley ads were there the first time I watched it)

^^ Thanks for posting those T-Man. "Well I must be punished then mustn't I... you're a naughty boy" smack smack smack... roflol. (loved that enitire bit from about 12:40 forward in the "The Builders Part1")
^ B-B-B-Buzz, agreed, Kevin Klien was hilarious too (and brilliant, as always). Those two clips don't really do the movie justice though, IMHO. You can do better than that! Don't make me fire you again
