Melanie Amaro has a wonderful voice and she's a fantastic singer. So what's with the Auto-Tune?

The release of “Don't Fail Me Now” as Melanie’s debut single is obviously a supply for the demands of the world's largest segment of music buyers. And it seems to me the reason for taking Melanie in this direction is the short-sighted greediness of the music industry’s powers to be. Why else would they take such a rare and gifted vocalist this route?

What has the supply and demand for music become? What will it be tomorrow? I don’t know about tomorrow, but it sure seems that the quality of ingredients needed for making the biggest hits is declining at an rapidly increasing rate.

IMHO, Melanie Amaro’s debut single mirrors the most popular music of our times-- a very grim foreshadow of humanity’s tomorrow.
