Hales has the credits for a song on a not so great drama show. Like 15 minuits left.

Just took a look at the first minutes on the network site. Hey. Not so bad. She's lucky she even got the chance for her song at all. There was no putting down of the song. The guy in the car was portrayed as not being "with it".

Heck, I don't think Haley and the writers were thinking this song would be a hit for an adult audience per say. It's a fun kinda cheeeeesy little pop tune. That's all it is. I don't think it was intended for deep critique

"Really, that's what we're going to listen to?" That's what the guy said. In my opinion, it still sounds like a put-down. I rather wish they had used it in some other situation, BUT, I guess it's better than nothing.
