I believe it is. I didn't see any restrictions. I found one artist hosting a show "especially for my international fans." And this artist provides says this in providing advice to other artists:

Since it's a live performance, I don't think it can be restricted on copyright grounds and the artists have no financial incentive to limit their audience.

^ I was comparing the Paul Carella Stageit date with Haley's. He is scheduled for October 10th and has 13 tickets left, Haley is scheduled for October 16th and had 239 tickets left this morning. As of 4:30 pm CDT it is now down to 213.

Maybe by the end of the week it will be almost sold out...it only takes 1/10th of 1% of her Twitter followers to sell it out...seriously.

I have held off buying a ticket because I know I will be busy that night and won't be able to watch the show. I thought about buying a ticket anyway to support Haley but with only 250 tickets available I felt like I would probably keep somebody who could actually watch the show from getting a ticket (or should I say notes?)

I honestly don't think it will be a problem for Haley to "sellout", but if tickets are still available as show time approaches I will buy a ticket then.

I could buy my ticket without any country or monetary restriction...and believe me is there is a country with severe monetary restrictions is Venezuela (sadly). So I guess it´s for all to watch.

I think the StageIt fee ought to be less - or nonexistent - for the tips.

I dont think we need a webcam, only Haley does, since she'll be on camera. And I think any computer would be fine
