I hadn't listened to this year's X-Factor performances until tonight. Beatrice is fun and hip, but she I don't associate her much with Haley. I found the other 13-year-old, Carly Rose Sonenclar particularly impressive. She has an amazing voice and maturity as a singer. But man, I really dislike the look and feel of the X-Factor,

Carly's "Rolling in the Deep" was absolutely amazing. It's the one cover that I prefer over Haley's.

Arguably the most anti climatic final ever!

Tate was leading the votes almost every week so anyone else winning would've been shocking, even Carly.

XFUS this season was a total disaster. It's been renewed for another season and I think this will be the last shot FOX will give Simon.

Tate can maybe sell at least 100k but I doubt he'll be a country star, he's way too generic. I'll be surprised if he makes a dent on country radio.

Oh. It all pretty much sounds generic to me. I'm no judge of country music.

awww... Camila is adorable. They've done a few fantastic covers. And as a group, they are more like Jessica in that they are very into using technology to their advantage in marketing and staying connected to their fans.
