RE: Piped music by Haley
It took just a split second to send strong electric charges through my body: finally it has happened to me, too! Because, you see, Brandenburg is a dinky nice little town on the Havel river here in the eastern part of Germany (70k inhabitants), it is where in the early Middle Ages the state of Brandenburg was founded that later turned into much larger Prussia. No place for a Haley song, unfortunately - or so I thought! - given that I have yet to see any CD store that has even a single copy of Listen Up!, I suspect it has never been played on the radio, and it is listed as "import CD" on Amazon, with a ranking of 101.471 in music sales. So imagine how I jumped when I was looking around in an electronics store in Brandenburg and suddenly HTGR floated through the air, clear and exciting as it always is! It was fantastic. It came and went and was dead before I could locate the source exactly - I think it must have played on some music set or jukebox of sorts that someone tested and played around with there in the store. It definitely made my day!
