He is someone Rob knows who had about 17K followers at the time. He now has 25K followers and tweeted this today:

Don't read too much into "the coach is impressed." It's a catchphrase he seems to sometimes use when discussing music.

The question is, what was he listening to? It's an odd tweet given he was already familiar with Haley's album. Is there a new song? A new cut of "Oh My" that Rob let him listen to? A mix tape that uses Haley's voice?

Maybe they decided to re record "Oh My" with the new bridge...

I still expect them to release "Undone", but my bet she just recorded the bridge to "Oh My" for second single for iTunes.

that would be the only thing that makes sense. (As opposed to recording a whole brand new song that's not on her album to promote as a second single.... especially with all her unreleased songs still in the bank)

That's what I speculated based on the earlier tweet by Rob's friend.

But Haley proclaimed it to be an "epic song." That sounds like something new. Some people have speculated on twitter it could be a holiday tune.

It could be one of the songs she had a hand in writing at the Ole songwriting camp.

It seems that if they look to be promoting something other than the songs on Listen Up!, it's tantamount to waving the white flag on it...which is hard for me to believe.

"Epic" could also be her feelings of having won the battle between OM and "Undone" as her second single. But of course, all pure conjecture.

I have a hard time believing that they would redirect resources to something new, and basically discount LU, which they've put alot into already, and deserves another shot with another song from the album.

It would make sense if they decided to re-record OH MY without BOB because if the song was ever played on the radio he would not have to be paid royalties. A lot of fans have been speculating on a new single coming out of Listen UP that would surprise all of us if her new single was something that she just recorded and not one of her unreleased singles.
