All the tweets seem to indicate it's a completely new song, and Miguel may be on to something, something commisioned for Ole and recorded for the purposes of usage in a commercial, movie, TV show or something else.

Figure8 also said there's a chance it's an Xmas song too, but that's mostly speculation other than the timing.

Been told that "IT LOOKS NICE" is not a Haley song. (Also, she may have just given us one letter in the first word )

Was saying maybe holiday song before Chad Richardson's tweet. That makes it much more likely that it's a original.

Suspect it was the Oct 1 Ole songwriting camp song with Alex Geringas, Clarence Coffee, Jr, but no direct evidence. Who knows, maybe that was a holiday song as well? (Geringas did a couple of Xmas songs with Diana DeGarmo and Ace Young last year).

I think they were not happy when songs she has already recorded that did not make it on LU and were "leaked" - shared amoung her fans. Too much information is a good thing at times but it could also put a kabosh on the anticipation/hype that keep us all interested

Haley hasn't even sung all the songs from her album in a live setting yet! I think she likes to keep us anticipating what will be next.

If she is writing and recording a new song, then I feel she is planning for her future. Gotta have new stuff down the road to keep everyone happy.

I tweeted to Haley two times in the last week, "Keep Writing." I did that because songwriting credits and touring are the two best sources of income for musical artists these days and she hadn't been in the studio in a year.

Shela pointed out to me that Haley had been at the Ole songwriting camp recently and then just a few days later we get the news she was in the studio recording a song that was likely written there.

That is certainly good news but it doesn't mean she's taken the bull by the horns. So my advice remains, "Keep Writing."
