Thank you to everyone who gathered the pics and vids from today. I never would have known about this otherwise (I saw a picture of Haley and Casey on Tumblr but I had no idea if it was from a while ago or recent).

Great performance of Moanin' (with some terrific scatting--if only Casey didn't hog it) Tongue

And Haley looked really pretty. Smile

PS: I'm DYING to hear Haley's new material!

Thanks Tusk for recording and uploading the video and audio of Haley and Casey’s performance. I guess I’m in the minority on this one but I think one of their best duets together. Haley and Casey blend so well together. When it comes to music, they totally understand each other and play off of each other so well. Casey and Haley make it look so natural.

I love Haley’s intro to “Moanin’”. And the moment she takes her voice down to that soft level near the end is truly special. For me, I am more captivated by Haley’s voice when there is less accompaniment.

Casey must take his bass everywhere. However he does have a tendency to play it anywhere. It definitely takes up a lot of space.
