Ha!! Mrs. Buzz & Mrs. Himm are on the same annoying page. This morning I told Mrs. Himm (or Herr if you prefer) that a bunch of Haliens went all the way to Vegas for Haley's 3 night gig and she said: "I think that's just weird, glad you didn't even think of going"

I wish I didn't now, the upload of "Wasted Tears" stopped as soon as the screen saver initiated I woke up and it read 330 minutes...... (Sigh)

It's a false reading though, in half an hour it dropped to 90 minutes. As soon as WT is finished I'm going to locate a Starbucks and hope that that connection is faster.

Miguel, like I told the Haliens last night, it's up to us, her fans, to rally for her if Interscope was unwilling. That's why I felt the story of Greg and Mona's efforts needed to be expressed. In their own way, they were spreading the word and their enthusiasm was sincere and appreciated, but because they don't blog or tweet, their actions go unheralded. (I can't believe how beautiful and professional the Haley poster looks and can't wait to hang it on my wall )

Thnx for all the kind words guys and sorry for the technology issues. It would be a shame if I can't upload these today, because after the show tonight, I'll only have 'til 3am until the shuttle picks me up for the airport, so anything I record will have to wait 'til Saturday (a niece and nephew birthday to celebrate when a tired Tusk returns home ).

I'm sure there will be MANY more Haliens tonight, hopefully they will have better luck with Internet connection issues

Tusk, if you've got people with you at tonight's show, remind them to applaud after the instrumental solos (You, on the other hand, just keep up the good camera work!). At a classical concert, it would be considered gauche, but with jazz --it's expected. And that gem that Keith laid down (last night) deserved it!

If you think that was good, you're going to love the Jazz set...extended Phelps Keyboards...sooo good, and Courtney gets his turn to riff as well

Every Halien I spoke to last night was @ the last Stageit show and are aware of the next one.

I'm giving this internet one more try, while I edit the rest, then I'll head to test Starbucks wifi. I just finished her first set and about to start her Jazz set

Edit: I just looked at the Jazz set...Courtney and Keith appeared to be just playing on stage, luckily I switched my camera on as it turned out to be a long intro until Haley joined in...I don't know the song, but it's 11 and a half minutes long and Keith is a star on this no doubt !!
