If Haley could sing in any language I'd like her to cover (because it sounds so sexy):
Song: Ghir Enta
Singer: Souad Massi (Algeria)
Language: Arabic
International Haliens join in!
Wow that has a nice relaxing vibe to it. Thnx
The only foreign language albums I own are from ABBA's Agnetha Faltskog (I own all her early Swedish albums). She had been song writing since before she was 18 and was a successful pop artist in Sweden before she joined ABBA.
I don't understand a single word of any of her songs, but I'm entranced by the sweetness in her voice with the melodies of her songs...
These are two favorites from a 'guilty pleasure' album, Agnetha's Solo album "Elva kvinnor i ett hus"
(I know cheesy and old fashioned... so sue me

)
The songs have an 'innocence' to them that I would love Haley to interpret...the texture in Haley's voice would be an interesting contrast to Agnetha's crystal clear vocals.
Songs: "Tack för en underbar, vanlig dag" and "En Egen Trädgård"
Singer : Agnetha Faltskog
Music: Agnetha Faltskog
Language: Swedish
If Haley wanted to tackle something 'old school' European, the way she has done American Jazz and Blues, she might want to try this French classic....
I could see Haley give it the "God Bless the Child" treatment in a dark smokey bar with this song
Song: La Vie En Rose
Singer: Edith Piaf
Language: French
In keeping with her Liverpool Lads, she could perform the german version of "I Want to Hold Your Hand", "Komm, gib mir deine Hand"
