Target is having a party tonight.

Next month they are entering the Canadian market -- featuring the theme to Mr. Rogers Neighborhood.

No. Is the event the birdy spoke of in LA?

The Mister Rogers commercial airs during the Oscars so I could see them having a pre-Oscar event in LA, but I haven't found one yet.
