I don't think Haley likes her east coast fans. She rarely performs in that area and when she does travel over there, it's done secretly and private where fans don't know or can't attend. If I were from the east coast, I would take it a little personal since this seems to be happening regularly.

Haley rarely performs in that area because it's on the opposite side of the country. She did perform at Girls Who Rock in NYC and the Philadelphia Marathon last year. Most recently she was there in December for Haley in NYC for Dubin Breast Center Gala. That was a high-dollar affair out of reach of the general public.

She didn't call attention to the event, but the organizers published her name. It slipped our radar because they used a graphic instead of plain text and the search engines couldn't read that.

If the event today was a TV appearance of some sort, it was apparently taped. That would make it no different than her appearance on Real Music Live, which was filmed in LA without Haley tipping anyone off beforehand.

Oh, I don't think that's true. It sounds like she's just there for a TV taping and idk possibly to meet w/ some labels. She didn't get a proper tour, to promote "Listen Up" when she was w/ Interscope so they're a lot of cities she hasn't been to. Right now she's working on her 2nd album and is shopping for a label to call home. She's not on tour.

Haley has had so far about 50 live public (known beforehand) events. 15 of them on the east coast (literally).

Though we would all like to have advance notice of what Haley is doing, I find it reassuring that she isn't always tooting her own horn. It makes her seem less driven by ego.

There is no way she intentionally avoids an area. She is not in charge of finding, booking events or publicity anyway.

Haley is still accountable to her management company. And you are absolutely right it's not like she can book a flight on her own and do it she wants to do. I don't think she shows prejudic in any geographical area she's a Midwestern girl pretty close to the East Coast. I think Haley loves and appreciates all her fans from the East to the West to the North to the South. Especially when she starts touring, the bus ain't going anywhere without the support of her fans after all they pay for the gas,

OMG......SERIOUSLY???!!! I am from NC and I don't think Haley dislikes us. It is just that the opportunity has not been afforded her to perform on this side of the country as much. I am sure she will play here when she can, but to say she doesn't like her east coast fans is absolutely ABSURD! Shame on you!

That is business, she has legal obligations that she signed up for. She would like to have more total control but what is most important to her is control over the music that she produces. We would all love to know every detail, but that is not realistic.

After some of the things Ive been privy to as well as my own observations of Haley and Chiara, I can sort of understand why someone in Haley's profession needs someone to look out for her and also is responsible to make objective decisions so the artist can do what they do best, perform and entertain. They need someone to be the go between for the artist, keep them on schedule, in otherwords take care of the business of doing business, so the artist doesn't get bogged down so be free to be creative.

I see that Haley does not only have a friendly relationship with Chiara, but also follows Chiara's decisions. I witnessed several examples of this at the private event in LA. If there was a request of Haley by the host, Haley would look to Chiara, she would make the decision. I felt like Chiara had Haley's trust to make the right decisions (sometimes about what they were contractually agreed to do, another about the timing of things including when they ate)

I also know that much of where Haley performs is controlled by her booking company and like others have said, Haley has minimal, if any, control.

Bottom line, when you become a 'Brand' like Haley has, she needs to have a network of people that help facilitate that with their experience in the industry, such as Ole and CAA. I think Haley understands that.

We will just have to wait until they have their touring strategy squared out until we are able to see Haley Across the USA
