Male Model to Sue Justin Bieber Over Brawl

...Rennalls said Bieber was shining a flashlight at female patrons in South Pointe nightclub, hoping they’d join his crew.



“I got a group of females, like seven on this [left] side and three on this side [right] and one standing behind me. The girls I was with, none of them ran to him,” he said.

According to Rennalls, 24-year-old Diana Bhokasub and 32-year-old Sophia Rayo — club waitresses exclusively identified by Confidenti@l — were also at the center of the mayhem. He claims when one asked to borrow his bowtie, he obliged, and later went to retrieve it when the two left the club with Bieber’s crew. That’s when the chaos started.

As Biebs’ caravan started pulling away, Rennalls said the singer popped through the sunroof and started playing tough guy.

“You f—ing p—y, do something!” Rennalls’ said Bieber shouted from the safety of his truck.

“Justin Bieber [was] still running his mouth and I took my shirt off to fight,” he said. “That’s when they all hopped out of the truck and bum-rushed me. They said, ‘That’s your f—ing a—,’ and the first one came to me, and I put my hands up to fight, to protect myself.”

“He [Bieber] got around and kicked me,” Rennalls claims. He also threatened to demand compensation from Bieber for any missed modeling jobs. In a video obtained by E! News Bieber can be seen jumping out of the SUV but what happens next isn’t on camera.

A source tells E! News that the popster arrived at South Pointe at around 2:42 a.m. with approximately 12 to 14 people that were part of his entourage. While there, he was given the VIP treatment all night, though he was adamant about drinking water.

The source added that fellow clubgoers offered to buy him champagne and drinks but Bieber refused and was very respectful while inside, hanging with his friends and flirting with several women, or as the insider put it, "trolling for chicks."

According to the source, around 3:20 a.m. Bieber left the venue with his crew and two servers from the club who, as can be seen in the video, were wearing tight coral dresses. Bieber apparently asked the club's manager if the ladies could leave early and the manager obliged.

While the women closed their tabs for the night, the teen heartthrob waited outside for 20 minutes...

If those that didn't know the details kept quiet, the public argument gets defined by those people warped enough to create or read sensationalist stories regularly

I think it is right to speak in general terms of how you would treat different types of transgressions. My take was that the people in the video were doing precisely that and were general in their comments even if they feigned knowledge of specifics (giving the benefit of the doubt to the interviewer seems positive to me).

By staying silent, they'd be condoning those sorts of assaults on artists repuations who they believe should not be the focus of the media.

Justin Bieber eggs his neighbor's house. TMZ:

Justin Bieber launched an all out egg assault on his neighbor's home Thursday night -- and the L.A. County Sheriff was called to the scene while the eggs were still flying ... this according to the alleged victim.

TMZ spoke to the neighbor who says he heard something banging against his house in Calabasas around 7:30 PM Thursday, and when he stepped on to a 2nd floor balcony ... he says he saw Justin down below hurling eggs at his front door.

According to the neighbor ... Bieber started aiming for him once he stepped onto the balcony and yelled, "What the Hell are you doing?"

Justin and the neighbor -- who've had previous run-ins -- also got into a verbal dispute while JB allegedly continued tossing a few more eggs at the house ... and then retreated back to his home.

...6:30 AM -- We've just obtained video of the incident ... shot by the neighbor, who says Justin was definitely trespassing on his property during the attack. The video is dark, but you can hear the neighbor yelling, "I see you. I f**king see you!"

Then Justin yells back, "F**k you! I got another one for you, actually!"

They keep yelling back and forth for about 30 seconds, until the neighbor tells his 13-year-old daughter -- who sounds terrified -- to call the cops.

I'm going to put on my psychiatrist's hat and suggest that in lashing out at his neighbor, Justin was expressing the pent-up frustration/anger he feels towards his largely anonymous critics.

I'm going to put on my psychiatrist's hat and suggest that in lashing out at his neighbor, Justin was expressing the pent-up frustration/anger he feels towards his largely anonymous critics.

Miguel, I think you're on to something and have been for a while.

So let's look at poor, dear Justin's last year: a.) his "high profile" girlfriend broke up with him; b.) maybe, as his "fans" start developing a bit of maturity, they start realizing he's not quite the "cat's pajamas" they had thought he was; and c.) there are those pesky anonymous critics.

Poor Justin -- he's having a hard time negotiating the next phase of his life.

Justin Bieber arrested in Miami Beach over DUI, drag-racing

Pop star Justin Bieber was arrested in Miami Beach early Thursday on charges of DUI and drag-racing, a police spokesman said. The bad-boy musician’s entourage had apparently used their cars to block traffic on Pine Tree Drive at 26th Street, a residential area, at 4:30 a.m., creating a drag strip for the young star, who was in a Lamborghini.

Test showed that Bieber was under the influence of drugs, Miami Beach Police Chief Raymond Martinez told the Miami Herald.

Bieber was incoherent, had his hands in his pockets and resisted arrest without violence, Martinez said. He also did not have a valid license, the chief said.

"When the cars are going that fast, it takes awhile to catch up," said Martinez, whose officers heard the racing in the distance.

Bieber told officers that he had a beer, was under the influence of anti-depressants and had been smoking marijuana all day, according to police sources.

When he was stopped by police, Bieber unleashed a barrage of f-words, police said.

Officers are working to book Bieber into jail. He's at the police station and then will be taken to county jail for processing.
