A tidbit I forgot talking to Haley after the show in London

While w/ Lynn and another fan , the American Idol S10 Hollywood round flub came up, you know, the one where she missed the words to Kansas' "Carry On My Wayward Son" that almost got her cut, but JLO let her through? (at least edited that way)

Well, it turns out, she was the one that picked that song
Of her missing the lyrics, all she had to say about it is, "well, when you have to sing with people who don't know how to sing harmonies ....."

I'm enjoying watching part 2 of Haleys AI journey by Tusk on this chilly Saturday. Very telling at 31:30 when Scotty whispers to Lauren (after being called out safe), "You're next". I never noticed that before. Also, a minute later at 32:30 when Casey says the words we all feel about Haley, "I love you".

The viral nature of "Creep" made me curious about the top view counts of the S10 Idols.

Scotty has the best post-Idol count, by far. Two of Haley's Idol performance pull better than anyone else's. "Undone" makes a strong showing. Haley and Casey have momentum of late thanks to Postmodern Jukebox. Stefano had a couple of relatively strong post-Idol efforts. James' numbers are lower.

I'd say, going by these numbers, Scotty and Haley should have been the top two. Lauren likely benefited from the the Scotty tidal wave.

Interesting research Miguel, thanks for gathering that. Scotty was embraced by the country music scene so it is not surprising that he is considerable our front. Actually I'm surprised that he doesn't have more views.

Haley is hitting on all cylinders with PMJ and her numbers are obviously changing. Creep has now eclipsed Free in views and her fan base is being rejuvenated. Good material and a band well suited to her voice are giving us a taste of her potential.
