Curiously, they only highligted 5 contestents from Season 10, Pia, Haley, Casey, lauren and Scotty.... I wonder why leave out Durbin? or Naima? I'd say Durbin has 'accomplished' more than Pia 5 years from S10, so I'm curious what went into the decision making of who would be highlighted?

For S1, they featured one Tamyra Gray performance and three from Kelly Clarkson. For S4, they featured two Bo Bice performances and two Carrie Underwood performances, plus one by Constantine M.

Bennie is great...but HOTRS is her best moment on the show in my opinion. Best from her season hands down, and one of the best--if not the best--from the whole series.

I agree. I will say, that was Haley's first "moment" performance. Sort of like Lambert's "Mad World." Adam had better performances than that, but "Mad World" was his first, and is typically always the one mentioned.

Dunno as you're right about James vs. Pia, but whatever I guess. Naima was probably the most underrated contestant that season, loved her as well.

Well Pia has the JLo connection so that probably played a big part. Pia being a former back up singer for her and she is engaged to JLo's back up dancer.

Ryan is an exceptional host. I prefer Carson Daly (just personality wise), but Ryan was really a special talent at what he does. And to come in and do the job he did when he didn't really have that much experience is amazing.
