Tonight was surreal. Been seeing her in so many screens but when I was so close she looked like an angel @HaleyReinhart

This is exactly how I'd decribe seeing Haley as well.

With nothing but the strums and strings of a guitar, she illuminated the room with her voice. It sent chills down my spine...

That's why, if I won the Powerball lottery, I'd spend a million dollars backing her.

I dont know about a million dollars but I do know that others have tried to offer financial support (I would guess less than 1 mil...but fairly significant, in the 10s of thousands...only a guess, mind you...), but indications are her people have not accepted for reasons that they can only say.
(Probably contract/business related)

IMO, I suppose if I were in that position, accepting financial assistance from those I don't know, you need to be wary of the strings that might be attached and chose to move forward on your own resources.

Haley's career is moving forward, helped by Fox's willingness to use her as their ambassador. She gets paid, gets to travel, experience new lands and people, gaining valuable performance and networking experience using one of her greatest attributes besides her voice, her personality and charisma

She owes no one this way, while gaining experience that will help her career into the future.

As fans, we help her out more by keeping up the buzz, showing support (which she obviously appreciates from her tweets). This blog and all the little things we as fans do, IMO, is as helpful as donations of cash. She is a creature of empathy and fully appreciates the love and support sent her way. We help fuel her emotionally if not financially

Yes-that was a treat.They do love that song in that part of the world.I loved the call and repsonse and "blues Haley" was in fine form indeed.

I was glad that the guitar player finally smiled in the end.
