Cool to see Haley sitting at the same table with Allen Stone.She had a couple of nice hookups with him last year and early this year.I was fortunate enough to go to one of them.That's the kind of audience I'd like to see her reach for.

Yes, kaypea, I'd agree.

While Haley was doing those concerts with Allen, I looked him up and was quite stunned to learn that he grew up in a small town north of the small town that I lived close to while growing up (both north of where Myles Kennedy seems to call "home"). I wish Allen a great deal of good will and hope he finds the success that he desires. (Because "success" means different things to different people.)

I heard Blake Shelton say, a while back, that Carrie Underwood was embraced by the country artists community right from the beginning. And I think that's been the case for a number of country artists coming from Idol. Which is probably why the general perception is that AI country artist have a better chance of success than Idols trying to make it in genres who's musicians & fans have a somewhat more standoffish attitude towards Idol.

So I love seeing Haley getting to perform w/ & winning over established Jazz artists like Irvin Mayfied, or rock artists Myles Kennedy & Slash. I'm probably even happier to see her more & more around artists like Allen Stone, who is very much a part of, what I think of as, the soul/blues end of the Alt. Rock community, & the niche Haley will be pursuing this go around. The more involved she can be w/ her contemporaries the better IMO. Alt. Rock stations & AAA stations, which is who she'll be looking to for airplay might be more inclined to give her record a chance if she's touring w/ Allen or Grace Potter etc., than if it's just Haley.

Oh also, Hales looks all kinds of sexy in that dress.

Ok...so we're seeing a progression in Haley's leopard attire. Yes Captain Dinkens I can hear you all the way from Chicago. So our girl next door has expanded her wardrobe to include a photo overlay on this outfit...am I right?
Or, maybe we are seeing one small step for ma'am...one giant leap for ma'amkind?

Shouldn't there be one of those floating ads on my screen for testosterone?
