Asiana Airlines flight 777 news coverage
I was struck (no pun intended) by how quickly people publicly declared this crash was a massive screw-up by the pilots (though most crashes today are the result of pilot error). The Asiana Airlines crash is no laughing matter -- three people have died from it directly or indirectly -- but I still found this news report humorous because it shows how clueless the news media can be:
