Awesome Photos Tusk! Are we already thinking about the 2014 Haley Reinhart Calendar? Here's some we've seen but at a different website:

The most time consuming thing is to go back and look up significant events, although F8s "Haley Times" will be a helpful resource.

The other thing cool about these videos is I was able to make it with all our own pics (except for two that Haley tweeted in the LRA vid). Without having to video the show, I was able to take some nice photo's that I was able to use in the videos. I had more 'misses' than I'd like, but am getting used to it

Mother and daughter that asked if I was Haley's dad. No, the mother isn't upset that I wasn't, she was struggling with a painful leg that had been broken in three places over 3 years ago. She didn't make it through the whole concert, but loved what she heard. They live within a few blocks of the concert site. The daughter really was into the concert. This probably will be her Halien coming out party. She only knew what songs Haley sang on Idol previous to this.

^^Awww very cute pic of Haley and Aunt Dani-- I have my own cute story of Dani. I had gone to the food tent with NUG and purchased 2 tacos. They were huge and I could only eat one. I was asking if anyone would like my second taco and Dani looked at me, smiled, and asked if i was sure I didn't want it. When I assured her I couldn't eat it, she took it, then offered to pay for it, then came up to me 2 more times to thank me for the taco. And even asked if it was ok if she used the salsa that came with it. This is a typical Reinhart gesture. #nicestpeopleonearth

I'm feelin' some vibes that we may be hearing Midnight doing backup for Haley into the future. Possibly even a tour. Nothing has been said directly but it vaguely appears there's been some internal talk.

Before this past weekend, I would have been hesitant about this direction. On its face, I can see people being skeptical: "Ooh, an American Idol contestant. And she's appearing with her family? I have to see that." But they're all so good that I could see that angle generating a lot of press once people had the chance to hear them.

I was thinking about this possibility the other day and one thought I had is they might be able to adopt a schedule like Scotty keeps -- just weekend dates. He does it because of school and I imagine some members of Midnight have regular jobs during the week.

Seems like it would be kind of pricey though to fly band members to various locales and put them up at a hotel on a weekly basis.

I had a talk with Tom Kro, Midnight's Basist, who arrived late with his wife and child, they had pretty much missed every body . While they were eating some food and letting their boy crawl around Himm2's infield, I took the opportunity to tell him how much I enjoyed the show and that I was glad to see Rock Haley make an appearance, in large part because she was performing with her Dad's Blues soaked riffs..

He told me a story, and I barely remember enough of the particulars to even paraphrase, but he said something like, he encountered Haley in the trailer before the show. Normally in these types of shows, everybody gathers in the trailer to prepare for the show. This time, it was just Haley, so he went to sit by her.

He said he talked to her about how special the Reinharts are as a musical family. Unlike the Osmonds or even the Jackson's , who are aided in large part through studio production, the Reinharts are a family whose music is soaked in the true roots of rock and roll, that performance is in their blood.

He said, Haley took a second to take it in, then thanked him for his words.

Remember Tony Bennett's words to her about family? I think she really takes that to heart.

It makes Haley's "Love ya' brotha'" in introducing Tom all the more special.

Trying to get a feel for the size of the crowd...the lights are at the far end of the field, which is longer than a football field and the width was probably greater than 100 yards too.
