Tusk...love the new Haley Comes Alive concert...you did it! An awesome amount of Haley love went into that. If Haley needs to meet the 10,000 hour rule, I think you supplied 5000 of those hours...

Thnx Buzz. Looking back on this, from the 'Trifecta' point of view, from LA to Chi, there was an element of build up.

To tell the truth, I was starting to feel a major amount of anxiety when people started posting the "We'll get good video 'cause Tusk is going" posts...

While I understand they are meant to be supportive and appreciative, there also comes a major amount of pressure to 'deliver' .... Imagine my frustration when about 60 % of my video from CityWalk was extremely affected by lights or something , most of the video was unusable, IMO, except for the audio... I was feeling Extremely Frustrated, but....

One of the cool things I've had the chance to do is to meet Haliens on my trips to see Haley. Not only the ones I know (of), but I have begun to also meet other Haliens who do not tweet or social media. Often they would come up and either introduce themselves or ask if I'm "Tusk" . Always friendly and you could sense their excitement that they are about to enjoy a live Haley performance.

So cool to meet Haliens excited before a show, love the anticipation

Anyways, among these "unheard" Haliens, there are also those that offer help, assistance one way or other, just to contribute to supporting Haley

That is kind of key to my actually enjoying doing the 'Trifecta' more than I might have. IF, I had to be 'freaking out' about getting the video for all the shows and uploading them, by myself, there is NO way I would have the feelings I have for it now . I would have come home exhausted and been involved in fewer memorable moments.

(Also the vid and audio from THF is superior to what I was using and my vicinity to the speakers)

The offer of support from Team HaleyFans allowed me to take in the in the ambiance of the pre/concert and concert experience. It allowed me to get acquainted with the new camera I bought which resulted in some pretty nice pictures . It allowed me to socialize, experience..... people. It allowed me to really, really enjoy myself.

So I appreciate your thanks, literally a labor of love, but personally I'd like to thank those in Team HaleyFans for allowing me to enjoy the concert also.

(and yes, Buzz, taking pictures/video while simultaneously tweeting is my idea of relaxing.... )

Hoo boy, do I feel like a big dummy. You know what I just did? I listened to Tusk's entire Haley Comes Alive playlist and I wondered through the whole thing why it sounded so distorted. Haley's vocals didn't sound too bad but all the instrumentation was fuzzy and the bass was way too punchy. Well, it turns out my little Newman's Own headphone amp was running low on battery power and I didn't realize it until after the entire hour and a half show! So you know what I did? I put new batteries in the damn thing and watched the whole thing over AGAIN!! Ha! I certainly enjoyed it a lot more the second time around! LOL. It sounded fanstastic, in fact. It's a good thing Haley has that voice that I can listen to endlessly. I wouldn't have done that for just any old singer.
