Even though it's true, "hitching your wagon to a popular song" accounts for this video being significantly more 'popular' on my channel than the rest (almost double the second most popular vide, the AI final Moanin' 51.5K views in 6 months to 27k views in a year), the most encouraging thing for me is it still brings in the most 'likes' for the month too... 
6 Months after it's posting, true, they may be from current fans just discovering the cover, but they must also include "new" fans who happen to be looking for the original "Sail" but impressed by the cover enough to register a "like".
A revelation for me since I posted "Haley's Journey" trilogy video is that there are many of Haley's fans that do not know the depth of Haley's conviction, her fight and her artistry when put to the test. All which is revealed through the telling of her Idol Journey.
This is what makes me proudest, that it's all worthwhile, to be able to reveal the many facets of this wonderful talent to old and 'new' fans
I can't wait for the next stage of Haley's Journey, with new material, bringing in more new fans, and there is a resource for them to dig deeper into her story

The last couple days have seen a couple milestones on my channel,
Stageit's Sail is still chugging along, broke the 60K views milestone, currently 61,267 (2900 more from 2.0 version, 1650 more from 'corrected audio' version) so over 65K views since October. Not 'viral' but good
Stageit's "Hit the Road Jack" has cruised pass the previous number two spot holder, the American Idol Red Carpet's "Moanin", by crossing the 30K views thresh hold, currently at 30,272
These two Stageit Videos, combined, account for approximately 1/5th of the total views on my Channel of 150+ videos
I also got my 1500th subscriber, a Casey fan....
viewership has somewhat flattened out, but I think Haley's collaborations with Casey has kept it going because it's been bringing more of Casey's fans to view my vids, Stageit's "My Cake" is 4th most viewed, and 7 of my top 10 vids are Caley performances (6th most viewed overall is my compilation CityWalk Caley performances)
The top viewed 'Haley only' vid on my channel is BGD "Better" with 14K views, 5th overall... surprisingly, the next most viewed 'Haley Only' vid is the fairly recently posted "Dream a Little Dream of Me" with 12.5K views 7th most views overall, posted only 4 months ago....
3rd most viewed 'Haley only' vid is BGD "My Cake" at 11k views, 9th overall most viewed
I wonder what kind of a boost, if any, will come when SMYM is released?
