I guess this is just reflection of how little Haley is kindling the fire right now. I believe it will not take much from Haley to get this fire blazing again.
However, I do believe that the sooner the better. Haliens outside LA, Chicago and Las Vegas have not had much chance to be part of her experience for quite a while, except for all the nice Haliens recording & posting stuff.
So Haley, one tiny little spilled bean for my birthday tomorrow would totally make my day. Of course a big one like a tour announcement, record deal, web site or recorded music would be taken as well.
Good thing is we know she is up to something, hopefully we will find out soon.

Maybe Haley is trying to move from the public eye...it kinda seems like it. I mean...we can only rehash old news so many times!! Haley! If you've got news, you need to spill it. :o)

I was thinking about how people have been saying it's been so long, that they need new Haley music....

Looking back on the year, we have actually had alot new Haley performances, (No thx to "Team Haley" or 19 )

Granted, the bulk of the performances are covers, that we would prefer new music, but even then, without a Label or Album, we have "Better" and "My Cake" has been a great surprise. Not to forget the Caley moments, including Caley's remarkable Stageit.....

Looking back, we have had more than an album's worth of Songs by Haley...

I think when Haliens 'pine' for new Haley music, it has as much to do w/ wanting to be right about her, to have acknowledgement of what we see in her by others, not in the Halien 'circle' . We want badly, for Haley to get that 'universal' seal of success.

I sometimes wonder if it's that kind of success that Haley wants. Casey has already said he is uninterested in the Mega Stadiums, prefering to play venues in which he is close to his fans. I can easily see Haley w/ a similar mindset, that her thresh hold for what she considers 'being a success' is not as High as what fans want for her

Haley will always be putting something out to enjoy, that is a certainty, IMO, if she happens to HIT w/ something she does, great, but if not to the extent we want, Haley will still be happy making a creative living

I'm glad to see that in this 'lull' she is still moving things forward, if not in her own educational growth about the music industry, which people who she's associated with, have been happy to help her with (Ole/ Dina, her lawyer)

(Not to say that Haley will just sit back and 'let things happen'. I believe she does have a focus enough to succeed, just that her personal/professional idea of success, in her mind, is probably not ours )

Tusk - I remember her saying her life dream was to be HUGE, famous, the whole shebang. After Bonx tweet about the gal who likes to write for others, and doesn't want to be famous, I just wonder if she hasn't changed her mind. I know she loves her fans, but I think she loves her privacy more, and may have shifted her goals since going on AI. Just a thought

There's alot to be wary of about SuperStardom. No one would blame her if she approaches it cautiously.

It's possible her experiences w/ the (mis)management situation w/ 19 might have taken the shine off what she perceived she was getting herself into.

That so much was out of her hands must have given her pause to readjust her goals and strategy. As much as I disliked the non support from 19, I still can't ignore that they allowed Haley the time and resources to make LU, her way. I think that will pay MAJOR dividends into the future. That she so enjoyed the process probably resulted in her heightened interest about the 'behind the scenes' part of the industry, when she once just dreamed about being in front.

I have trepidation too about the what's coming, but I've had a seat on this ride from the beginning, Haley is 'different', she is potential.... She is also very young, still, and human. I'm not surprised that she is proceeding more deliberately and that her goals might have changed.

I think this is just a lull before the storm similar to the "any second now" months before Listen Up and the radio promo tour started in 2012. Harry has been very busy doing something lately & I suspect it's been laying down guitar tracks for Haley.

I've noticed many Idol alumni that went thru a dead period a year or two after the Idol push faded and they are now in overdrive with their careers, like Ayla Brown, Leslie Hunt, and others I've been following.

The calling card that is Listen Up IS A HUGE benefit to her. So many Idols don't want to claim very much from their debuts - they let themselves be herded in the direction the label wanted to send them. Haley is one tough chickie.

Listen up was a good start for Hales.Be not dismayed she hasn't burned out . I beleave she is still in the game. The lull before the storm is one way to put it. Im still a fan ,die hard Halein. All will work out in due time. All is well in CA. if we only could get some rain.Water us HaleyOH and BTY there is somebody home She isn't ready to answer the door yet Hmmm

When I say I want more Haley music. I mean I want more studio Haley music.

And a tour. A tour would be nice.

As a fan, I'll be happy with her career so long as she continues to be able to make music.
