I finally got my "Thank you video" last night , after the original link in the email didn't work last week. In the new email message, it said it was from Haley's "editor's private you tube account". I don't want to ruin it for those who still haven't gotten their video yet, but it was very cute, very Haley!!

I got that email yesterday evening, unfortunately, the link sent me to a 'Private" video, so I can't see it, without permission :/. I think they set everyone else's who got their video through YT to "unlisted". You have to be given permission to see a 'privated' video

I replied back to them, attaching a youtube video on how to invite people to a private video. I also asked them for the original file, instead of having to download it from YouTube.

..... So twice I received an email, and twice I've been disappointed by a broken/not working link

Im sorry you have had such a bad time getting your video Tusk. I think my video was set to unlisted (in you tube) as you said.

Maybe Haley should deliver yours and Rachel's in person.

I think both times, the original and follow up emails, I might've been unlucky to be one of the first, so they hadn't got the process right yet. There doesn't seem to be a reason why everyone else's was "unlisted" but mine was private, unless they sent it off first, then realised they did it wrong

Incidentally, a weird thing happened as I had my email browser open in case a 3rd email came in w/ my video.... The second email, it said the sender was "Team Haley"... Then I looked up, instead of Team Haley, it had a person's name, "Agnes (hispanic last name, I can't remember)".... I blinked saw the same thing, then refreshed the browser and it went back to "Team Haley" again. Then I thought to hit the 'back' button, to before the page refreshed, and there it was again, "Agnes...." instead of "Team Haley".

I was wondering if that's the tech's name, but that didn't make sense that the name would change on my email account, then revert?

Has anyone seen that happen before? The name of the email sender change? I know I didn't imagine it, because it was there again when I hit the back button. It's back to "Team Haley" again, but that was really weird

I was thinking your video may have been sent first too. And mine was one of the first last week too. My email came from "team haley" but the private you tube video has a person's name on it. I didn't investigate the name, but figured that was the "tech's" name.

Was that person's first name "Agnes" (hispanic last name)? Cause that would be REALLY weird, that somehow her name came through, replaced then reverted back to "Team Haley" on my email browser... Especially since I got redirected because my video is private on You Tube and never got to the channel....

No the the person's name was Brandon.

I'm glad you got to see your video! From what I've heard so far they're all very silly and cute. [I refuse to watch anyone else's until I see mine] I still haven't gotten an e-mail at all. Neither has Pat. I'm very impatient so it kinda sucks, I wish this was the kinda thing they made sure they sent everyone's out at the same time. It's weird how some people had no problems at all, and others (like Tusk) have had nothing BUT problems.

Certainly hope some of us weren't forgotten. I know there are a few people that Haley never did the social media shout out for.

You have no idea... to get the excited at 12:30 pm on New years day, one of the first, then spend the next hour trying to get the link to work... (then checking on and off for the next few days every hour)

Then getting excited a few days later for another email, then spending more time trying to get that one to work....

The piece de resistance is knowing that it's right there in the email, someone just has to do the simple thing and switch my video from private to unlisted... it's. Right. There...arghhh.
